In order to provide our services (“services”) through our website, we need to obtain your agreement to our terms and conditions (hereinafter “terms of use”). Clients who work with RRH OVERSEAS PRIVATE LIMITED for their company agree to the following terms and conditions.

User account registration:

Registration is required for accessing this platform or Users shall register themselves on the Platform by providing information including but not limited to personal information such as Name, Date of Birth, Photo, Location, E-mail address, contact number, etc.
The Registration and use of the Platform are free of cost and only when they fill out the application and are approved into the platform, they will be allowed to take the class for the same.
Registration for this Platform is available only to those above the age of eighteen (18) years, barring those “Incompetent to Contract” which inter alia include insolvents. If you are a minor and wish to use the Platform as a User, you may do so through your legal guardian and the Company reserves the right to terminate your account on knowledge of you being a minor and having registered on the Platform or availing any of its Services.
Further, at any time during Your use of this Platform, including but not limited to the time of registration, you are solely responsible for protecting the confidentiality of Your Username and password, and any activity under the account shall be deemed to have been done by You. In the case that you provide us with false and/or inaccurate details or we have reason to believe you have done so, we hold the right to permanently suspend your account. You agree that you will not disclose your password to any third party and that you will take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions. You will immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Liability:

If RRH OVERSEAS PRIVATE LIMITED fails to fulfill its obligations due to unavoidable or natural circumstances, it will not be held responsible for any indirect or consequential losses that result.
The clients will defend, cover, and hold RRH OVERSEAS PRIVATE LIMITED harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses related to the services provided by RRH OVERSEAS PRIVATE LIMITED to the clients under this agreement, including without limitation claims made by third parties related to any false advertising claims, liability claims for products or services sold by the client, claims for patent, copyright or trademark infringement, claims due to disruption or malfunction of services provided, or for any content submitted by you for publication by RRH OVERSEAS PRIVATE LIMITED.
The public will be able to access any content or information provided to Nutri Leaves Global Pvt Ltd. for publication as soon as it is done because of the nature of digital media. Due to the nature of the content being promoted, Nutri Leaves Global Pvt Ltd will not be liable for screening the material or for any losses in profit, goodwill, or other corporate assets.

Waiver:

If at any time during the term of a service contract, we fail to insist upon the strict performance of any of your obligations under the service contract or any of these terms and conditions, then this will not automatically free you from any of the obligations mentioned in the terms and conditions and will not constitute a waiver.
Any waiver of conditions and terms must be given to you in writing in order to be legally enforceable.

Term and Termination:

This agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the website in any form or capacity. The company reserves the right to terminate your access to the Website and this Agreement in the event of breach of any terms contained in this Agreement, misrepresentation of information, any unlawful activity or is unable to verify.

All the Intellectual property used on the Website by the Company, service providers, or any third party as the case may be shall remain the property of the Company, service provider, or any other third party (as applicable). You agree not to circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Website or features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any materials or enforce limitations on the use of the Website or the materials therein.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law:

This agreement and any contractual obligation between the company and you will be governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal. All disputes will be subject to arbitration in West Bengal by a single arbitrator appointed by you and the company under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, of 1996.

All notices and communications shall be in writing, in English, and shall be deemed given if delivered personally or by commercial messenger or courier service, mailed by registered or certified mail (return receipt requested), or sent via email with due acknowledgment.
